Welcome to Torium Network. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Torium mobile application, website at torium.network, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Torium Network platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Torium Network. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account & Mining

When you create an account on Torium Network, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may only create and operate one account per person
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Token & Mining Rules

Torium (TOR) tokens are earned through the Proof of Participation (PoP) mining mechanism. Please note:

• TOR tokens earned during the pre-mainnet phase are recorded as points and will be converted to transferable tokens at the Token Generation Event (TGE)
• Mining rates, reward structures, and token economics may be adjusted by the Torium Foundation to ensure network sustainability
• TOR tokens do not represent equity, ownership, or any financial claim against Torium Network or its affiliates

5. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the mining system
• Creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent referral activities
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform or its infrastructure
• Using the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Torium Network — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and code — are the exclusive property of the Torium Foundation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The value of TOR tokens is not guaranteed and may fluctuate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Torium Network and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
